AcuCheck is a quality assurance add-on compatible with Preco BeeLine™ systems and Preco's Web Direction High Speed Perforators within the last decade. Unlike traditional quality checks that rely on manual sampling after production, AcuCheck inspects thousands of perforations per roll while the web is running, providing immediate feedback, actionable alerts, and a complete quality report at the end of each run. This is critical for food and produce packaging applications, where micro-perforation performance directly impacts shelf life, food safety, and recall risk.
